Benchmarking

One of the greatest opportunities for us as a united association, of associations, is to compare ourselves with one another to see what opportunities lie before us.

Does my association obtain services less expensively than other associations? Does my association pay more for pool service, and we have the same size pool, as another assciation?

By doing comparisons - benchmarking - we can identify potential areas of savings.

In the following pages, we will identify areas that we can do comparisions to see what we can learn.
