The Role of the Management Team

The Board may elect to hire staff that reports to the Board or it may hire a management company.

The President then provides leadership to the Management Team in handling the day-to-day operations of the association.

If an owner is not happy with any aspect of the Management Team, then they should express those concerns to the President and/or Board.

An owner is to NEVER provide direction how to conduct business to a member of the Management Team.
