The Role of the Officers

The Board of Directors identify who will be the President, Vice-President, Treasurer, and Secretary.

The President, and Vice-President in the absense of the President, coordinate the meetings of the board meetings. Most often, they are the primary interface with the management company.

The Treasurer handles the financial aspects of the association - reviewing financial statements, monitoring the bank accounts, etc.

The Secretary handles taking meeting minutes and preparing meeting agendas.
