The Organization of an Association

All associations need to have homeowners who will volunteer to step forward to help provide leadership for the association.

It is important that not only the Board Members and Officers understand their roles within the association but also what the management team and owner's roles are.

Listed below is a general description of what each person's role is within the association.

It is critical that everyone understands their respective roles. This helps everyone refine their expectations and it improves communication which helps lead to a smoother operating association.
